Limited partners at Bluehill were calling and emailing the IR team multiple times a week with questions clearly answered in the fund documents — NAV, distribution policies, return attribution. The IR team was spending 40% of their time answering the same questions.
We built a private portal with document ingestion, semantic Q&A with grounded citations, and reporting dashboards that pull live data from their back office API. LPs can ask natural language questions and get answers cited to the exact page in the PPM.
Two-factor authentication, per-document access controls, and full audit logs on every document view. Deployed to a private VPC with no public APIs.
