A web app that replaced a spreadsheet-and-email operation for a ceramics studio with fifteen instructors and sixty weekly sessions.

Before Kiln's admin platform, the operations team managed waitlists in a spreadsheet, chased payments over email, and manually sent reminder SMS. An instructor cancellation meant an hour of phone calls.

We built a booking and billing system with Stripe integration, capacity management, automated reminder emails, and a front-of-house iPad view for check-ins. The whole thing was live in six weeks.

The admin panel gives the studio owner a live view of session capacity, waitlist position, and unpaid invoices — without touching the spreadsheet. Email open rate on reminders is 81%; the studio's no-show rate dropped from 22% to 6%.
