Orbit's dispatch team was managing 320+ drivers across Lahore by phone — calling individually to assign jobs, chasing delivery confirmations, and manually updating customers. Each dispatcher handled 40 drivers. It wasn't scaling.
We built a Flutter driver app with live job assignment push notifications, turn-by-turn routing via Google Maps, and offline-tolerant job handling for low-coverage warehouse and industrial zones. Jobs queue locally and sync when connectivity returns.
Customers get automated WhatsApp messages at three stages: assigned, out for delivery, and delivered — with a live tracking link. The app is rated 4.8★ on the Play Store. Dispatch calls per day dropped by 38%.
