We migrated the whole estate onto FinnPOS over eight weeks — parallel running the new system alongside the old, location by location, with zero service downtime. Staff training took a day per location thanks to the PIN-based fast-switch and familiar tab layout.
We also built their WhatsApp ordering integration: customers browse the menu, place orders, and receive status updates entirely inside WhatsApp. Orders land in the FinnPOS queue in real time. Checkout time dropped by 31% through a redesigned tablet UI workflow.
